BOXROOM ESCAPE GAMES EVENT WAIVER

I understand that there are certain significant risks associated with the interactive entertainment activities ("the Event") organized by Boxroom Escape Games. I have read and understand the information regarding this Event and recognize that I participate in this Event at my own risk. I agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury, disease, property, or moral damage I may sustain in connection with participation in the Event and hereby release and discharge Boxroom Escape Games and its owners, employees, representatives and agents whether or not the loss, injury, or damage is attributed to the act or neglect of any of them.

I verify that my physical condition will allow me to participate in this Event. I have no physical or mental illness that precludes my participation in a safe manner for myself or others. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any written or oral instructions or directions given by Boxroom Escape Games, or its employees, representatives or agents.

I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of Boxroom Escape Games caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful conduct. I acknowledge that while I am participating in the Event, I will be monitored and recorded by video camera and may be photographed before, after, or while participating in the Event. I hereby allow the royalty-free use of my name and image in the media and for promotional, marketing, educational and commercial purposes, and accept that my details may be added to the Event database.

By signing this waiver I authorize Boxroom Escape Games to send text messages to my cell phone or the phone number or e-mail I indicated on this waiver. I understand that text messaging rates may apply to any messages received from Boxroom Escape Games. I also understand that I or Boxroom Escape Games may revoke this permission in writing at any time. I agree not to hold Boxroom Escape Games liable for any electronic messaging charges or fees generated by this service.

I expressly agree that I will not reveal any of the tricks, puzzles, “passcodes” and solutions, or other information, which is necessary to complete and participate in the Event experience, to the public.

• I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during may participation and I recognize that I may be in any case be at risk of contracting COVID-19.
• With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge the Organization, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns fromany and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
• I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organization from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.
